Off-ice goalie training is an important component to success on the ice. Our goal with this program is to ensure goaltenders learn preparation routines, improve performance results, and become aware of how to take care of their body as a goaltender and minimize any injury. This program will be run by Newfoundland Growlers and Xtreme Training Strength & Conditioning coach Jon Reid.
Location: Saturdays @10am in Xtreme Training Facility
Dates: February 3rd - May 4th, 2024 (14 Weeks)
Size of Groups: maximum of 8 goaltenders
