Private Goalie Sessions
One goalie. One coach. Every rep corrected.
50 minutes of one on one instruction on the ice. We find what is holding your goalie back, fix it, and explain why it works so the habit carries into games.

Why private sessions work
- Full attention, all session. Every movement is watched and corrected in the moment.
- Built around your goalie. We start with the focus areas that matter most right now.
- Technique that holds up in games. Repetition makes the right movement automatic under pressure.
- Confidence to use it. Private reps make new saves feel natural in the next practice or game.
Choose your coach
Every Shield coach teaches the same system, so your goalie hears one clear message.
Marek Benda
Former professional goaltender and goaltending coach of the Newfoundland Regiment (QMJHL). Marek built the Shield system that every Shield instructor teaches.
He breaks each save into its parts, shows your goalie on video what is really happening, and explains why the right movement works.
