Some sessions include a few shots, but that is a small part of the ice. The focus stays on movement, balance and control.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eThe early morning times follow the same plan, so goalies start the day with clean habits they take straight into their own team practices.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eSmall groups and at least two coaches mean your goalie gets corrected in the moment instead of waiting in a line.
